Most Common Reactions to MSG
There are many things that should be considered with MSG and the extreme sensitivity. There are many things that are considered to be some different types of problems that have been considered through chemical, food, drug, cosmetic, fertilizer, and pesticides have all been considered to be problematic. Also the industry has not been restricted in its use of MSG so therefore there are many problems that are considered to be reactions to MSG that could be problematic for many.
Even though these industries have promoted that these pollutants which are found in foods, drugs, cosmetics, pesticides, and fertilizers are not pollutants or carcinogens. However there are many reasons to believe that they are.
Even though MSG is being linked to a number of problems and a number of things that are considered to be understood there is no standard for following up with this chemical in our foods.
There is no way to be able to identify whether MSG is present in foods or not. There is also no way to measure the amount of MSG in cosmetics, drugs, and/or dietary supplements. Since there is no way of measuring the levels of MSG in these consumer products then when a consumer has a reaction to MSG they might not know what they are having a reaction to or a problem with. Further their reaction might be treated in other ways if they are unsure as to why they are having the reaction. Therefore the consumer might not even realize that there has been MSG that they have come into contact with.
There are reactions that are from the MSG are that these are not allergic reactions but rather that it is a reaction to a toxin which is what the person would be allergic to. There are few ways to understand whether or not a person is allergic to MSG. Basically the person would have to be monitored and watched for as long as 48 hours after having been exposed to MSG in some form. Another way to monitor if someone has a sensitivity or allergy to the toxin that is in MSG is to have them keep a journal of all food, cosmetics, drugs and supplements that they have used and any reactions that they have had to MSG. Then by listing any reactions that they are having which might be symptoms of MSG they are able to identify whether or not they are having an MSG adverse reaction.
The most commonly reported reaction to MSG is a migraine type headache. This headache is of special concern to those who are interested in MSG reactions as the FDA materials on MSG allergies have never officially mentioned any type of head pain being involved after exposure. There are other reactions which are not as readily apparent or able to be linked to a MSG sensitivity, these reactions include nausea and lethargy, most people often attribute this reaction to simply overeating or eating the wrong things and pass the reaction off without a second thought.
For every action there is a reaction in the universe. Some are good and some are horrible. To see more information on MSG Reactions and other reactions click here now.
